    Product Testing

Inservco offers a broad spectrum of testing capabilities to ensure the quality of the products and maintains one of the industry's most diverse and extensive test units.

A comprehensive equipment maintenance program and a routine calibration of all test equipment guarantee a high level of testing accuracy of your systems. The company has an impressive array of test devices and a complement of qualified test engineers.

Inservco uses Flying Probe Technology for first article and reel change verification. A Takaya 8400 - Flying Probe Tester uses a measurement unit with a LCR separation measuring circuit and a guard measuring circuit. This feature gives precision component verification at high speed, and it contains a vision system that allows sophisticated optical tests.

A Westkleen Triton IV machine is used to clean our customers' boards. This machine is designed exclusively for water-soluble processes.

Inservco uses Computerized Ionic Contamination Testing if requested by a customer. This test is performed through an ICOM 5000 RGL.

Engineering, Manufacturing, and Test Excellence result in superior quality products  and extraordinary yield ratios. Inservco insures that all three areas are hallmarks of its operation.

Environmental testing is carried out in two chambers, one Thermotron and one Envirotronics.

Device Programming is performed by use of Data I/O and BP Microsystems units. Inservco maintains approximately 4000 square feet for customer required system functional testing.
