Inservco certifies its employees to the requirements of IPC-A-610C workmanship standards.  Our soldering and rework procedures also meet the requirements of ANSI/JSTD-001 as well as ANSI/IPC-R-700C.

• Calibration of inspection and test equipment traceable to NIST. Preventive maintenance implemented in all manufacturing equipment.

• Data Logger test station to verify ESD wear effectiveness.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) through data collection and Pareto analysis for effective problem resolution.
