LaGrange, Ohio, May 29, 2007.  Inservco, Inc. announced today the purchase of substantially all the assets of Test Technology Manufacturing Services Inc., Marlton, New Jersey, a supplier of high quality products and services for the Electronic Manufacturing Services industry.

"In today’s business environment, and especially in our industry, scale is becoming more critical in order to bring technologically competitive and cost-competitive products to the marketplace," said Dennis Docherty, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Inservco.

Over the coming months Inservco will be transferring the work currently done in the TTMS’s facility to its facility in LaGrange, Ohio. Both companies are working diligently to ensure a smooth transition. Key members of both organizations from operations, sales and customer service are spearheading efforts in the planning and movement of information, materials and product to Inservco. "We are excited about this opportunity, which will clearly help us achieve our strategic vision faster, while greatly expanding our offering to our valued customers," said Mr. Docherty.

Inservco’s Sales and Customer focus teams will be working with these customers to ensure the smooth transition of product. To enhance Inservco’s efforts for a seamless transition and provide customers with local support, Inservco will be retaining a Sales and Customer Focus Team in New Jersey.

Inservco’s high quality services and products have been developed through its Customer Focus Team and Continuous Improvement Teams, implementing several Lean Initiatives.
