LaGrange, Ohio, April 17, 2007. Inservco, Inc. announces that it has installed a new Juki High-speed SMT line, complementing earlier systems that allow for greater flexibility with new designs and technologies. The new Juki line will allow Inservco to place the widest variety of components on the production floor. The line consists of two Juki KE-2050E High-speed chip shooters complementing a Juki KE-2060E High-speed flexible mounter, Speedline Accuflex screen printer, Orbotech Symbion In-line 3D solder paste AOI system, Heller 9-stage reflow oven with multiple magazine line loaders and unloaders.
Inservco, a leading manufacturer of today’s complex printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), must deal with many conflicting priorities to be successful and profitable. Manufacturers need to increase the yield of good boards on the production line even as board designs, components and packages get more complex and challenging to place. Inservco is committed to providing a reliable supply of quality boards under tighter deadlines. The challenges are extreme, and so is the penalty for failure. For today's manufacturers, success -- and in some cases survival -- depends on doing everything right.
Inservco’s high quality services and products have been developed through its Customer Focus Team and Continuous Improvement Teams, implementing several Lean Initiatives. Investment in equipment and training are clear indicators that Inservco will continue working towards achieving its customers’ quality requirements and making strides for higher levels of customer satisfaction in the EMS industry.
